RETURN POLICY
Your satisfaction is our first priority at UNKNWN MELBOURNE .
If an item isn't quite right for you, it can be returned for a store credit (with no expiry date) or an exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.
In the unfortunate event that you receive a faulty item (manufacturing fault) upon receipt, we will gladly exchange the item or process a refund to your original payment method.
All returns are subject to us receiving the item back within 14 days. Items must be returned with their original packaging (tags attached) and, unless they were damaged prior to you receiving them, must still be in an unused and saleable condition.

Also. Tracking details of your return package are recommended, as UNKNWN MELBOURNE will not be held responsible for any theft, damage or loss and your return request will be declined. Therefore, please send in your tracking details via email once received.
PROCESSING YOUR RETURNS
We will ensure that returns are processed within 7 to 10 business days of receiving your return. This processing is inclusive of inspection of the return item to ensure that it meets all the conditions of THE UNKNWN MELBOURNE RETURN POLICY. In case any returns require additional communication with purchaser as some items do not meet our conditions, additional processing time on these items shall apply.
During peak times like promotional periods or public holidays, a delay in completing the processing of returns within the stated period is expected.

The returned package must arrive at UNKNWN MELBOURNE within 7 days of receiving communication from us confirming that the incorrect item/s have been sent to you.
